Welcome to my YouGov Surveys Review!

Online paid surveys are one of the most popular methods of making money online.

That being said, YouGov Surveys is one of the online survey sites that allow people to earn some cash in their spare time.

Before we begin with the review, I want to congratulate you and tell you that I’m glad that you do your research.

That means you are serious about finding something legit and avoid any scam.

YouGov Surveys Review Summary

Product Name: YouGov Surveys

Website: yougov.com

Price:  Free, but earning potential is low

Recommended: YES/NO

Summary:
YouGov Surveys (found at YouGov.com) is a site that collects opinions from real people across the world. It conducts surveys and polls related to public affairs, politics, brands, among other general interest topics. It’s free to join and once you do, expect to receive survey invitations. You will be paid in points for every survey you complete, which can be exchanged for various rewards including gift cards, tote bags, T-shirts, movie tickets, and even cash. However, it’s not always easy to reach the minimum threshold (5000 points) so that you can redeem your points. It’s true that you can make some extra cash with YouGov Surveys, but can it make you good passive income? At least I’m skeptical about that

While some sites like Swagbucks are legit, most survey sites are just scams that give you nothing to make them worthwhile.

So, what about YouGov Surveys? Is it legit or just another scam?

In my YouGov Surveys review, I’m going to explain all you need to know to help you understand how it works and whether it’s worth your time. Keep reading below to find out.

What Is YouGov Surveys?

YouGov Surveys is an international online market research and data analytics company with headquarters in the UK.

It operates in countries like Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and North America.

It has been around since 2000 and open to new members from any country.

Currently, it has about 4 million members worldwide.

YouGov has a mobile app downloadable free in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Both the site and the app work with government organizations and large companies to get the general public opinion on their behalf.

Once you become a member, you will receive invites through email to take different surveys from a wide range of topics.

In most cases, they tend to ask for opinions related to current day affairs and political issues.

YouGov Surveys allows anyone to join free and start sharing his/her opinions on the different subjects provided in the surveys.

For each survey you complete, you’ll be rewarded with points that you can exchange for gift cards, T-shirts, cash, among others.

How YouGov Surveys Works

YouGov Survey panel offers opportunities for you to make money by sharing your opinions regarding different subjects.

Certainly, what’s accessible to you is somehow limited.

But I’ll explain all the details of how each opportunity operates.

You’ll be paid with points for your effort and time.

This site is where YouGov.com becomes similar to other survey sites including:

•    Swagbucks

•    Survey Junkie

You can also get points by inviting your friends to join YouGov.com.

Taking Surveys

This is the first method to make money with YouGov Surveys.

Most surveys will pay up to 400 points, and you can expect to get about 5-7 survey invites per week.

Therefore, your potential would range from 2000 to 2800 points per week.

Occasionally, you can be invited to surveys that pay higher, and this can increase your earnings.

The survey will be sent to your email whenever there is a survey that fits your profile and demographics.

They will include info like what the survey is about, how much it’s worth, and the time it will take you to complete it.

According to their website FAQs, the minimum threshold is 5,000 points, which are equal to $25.

This means that you’ll need about 2 weeks or more to earn only $25.

This shows that taking surveys here can’t be a reliable source of good passive income.

Additionally, these surveys take around 5-15 minutes while some other sites take up to 45 minutes.

However, you might not always get survey invitations since you qualify to depend on your profile information.

Referring Friends

YouGov also pays you to refer your friends to join the company.

This could be somehow rewarding if you have a good traffic base.

It just takes you two steps to earn from referrals.

After you refer someone, he/she will need to complete 3 surveys for you to get paid.

You earn about $3 per successful referral. However, here there is an issue; will the referred person complete the three surveys?

Most people join and take one survey, then leave.

This means that it might be hard to make a great deal and earn good money.

How Does YouGov Pay?

As soon as you’ve earned enough points, you can convert them to get a reward.

You’ll need 5000 points to redeem, which is a $25 gift card.

If you are from the UK and not American, the minimum threshold is £50.

This means that it will be slower for you to accumulate enough points and withdraw.

There are payouts for different gift cards including Amazon, iTunes, Target, Walmart, Best Buy and PayPal.

YouGov Surveys Pricing

YouGov Surveys is free and very easy to join.

It allows you to join through your email address or Facebook account.

Who is YouGov Surveys Meant For (And Not For)?

YouGov Surveys is meant for people interested in making some extra cash online in their spare time by doing online surveys and/or referring others to join.

However, I don’t recommend it to you if you’re looking for a way to make a good income online since this site offers a very slow earning rate.

YouGov Surveys Review: Owner

The founder of YouGov Surveys is Stephan Shakespeare. In 2001, a BBC political analyst Peter Kellner joined and became the chairperson.

This guy became the President from 2007-2016.

Since 2010, Stephan Shakespeare has been the Chief Executive Officer of YouGov, and Roger Parry became the chairperson since 2007.

Doug Rivers, who is a professor at Stanford University, has overseen the practice of this company since Kellner’s retirement.

Ugly Truths Revealed

1.PayPal is not accessible in some countries.

As we have seen above, YouGov Surveys allows cash withdrawals through PayPal.

This is good, but if PayPal doesn’t operate in your country, how will you get your payment?

This is not possible since YouGov doesn’t offer any other cash payment methods.

The other option now is going for the gift cards, which also aren’t available in some countries such as Canada.

2. Very Few Service

Eligibility for surveys depends on your country and other profile details.

For some countries, surveys happen to be very few.

For example, the US has the highest number of surveys, but the payment isn’t cashable.

On the other hand, countries that have few to no surveys have the ability to withdraw through PayPal.

Nonetheless, there have been many users’ complaints about the lack of surveys in recent months.

3. It takes too long to cash-out.

The minimum threshold is 5000 points ($25), as mentioned earlier, and you can get around 5-7 surveys per week paying about 400 each.

This is to say that you’ll need at least 2 weeks to earn $25 or redeem the cheapest gift card.

Therefore, it can take a very long time to make any significant money by completing surveys on YouGov.com.

Additionally, they don’t offer any training to how you can effectively refer enough people and make good money through their referral program.

And if you can’t refer enough people, then your earning rate will be very slow.

In short, YouGov Survey won’t help you to make a good income online or even full-time income, and you should see how I do it for that matter.

Is YouGov Surveys A Scam?

According to my YouGov Surveys review, this survey site is not a scam.

Users do earn points rewards and payments.

The only issue is that it can take quite a while to reach the withdrawal threshold.

Unluckily, the pay is very low, and this makes it hard to justify the work.

If you are lucky, you can be able to earn several dollars a month.

However, it’s not reliable given that surveys can appear and disappear in a few minutes, and some people may not get any survey.

Do you know whether something will be available for you or not?

Anyway, YouGov Surveys has a huge presence globally, and website-portals are accessible in numerous countries around the world.

That’s really good.

If you can have some 15 spare minutes per day and interested in making some few dollars with YouGov, feel free to check them out.

But don’t forget that your earning process will be very slow.

I honestly hope that my YouGov Surveys review has helped you in making the right decision regarding it.

But since the earning process is quite slow, I wouldn’t recommend this site to you if you’re looking for a good method to make a full-time income online.

This is because other online opportunities can help you do that more effectively, like the one I’m in (check it below).

Are You Tired Of Scams?

Yeah, me too! I can show you a legit way to create your online business. Not get quick rich schemes, not a simple online job that will pay you cents, none of those things. I’m about to show you how to create an online business that you will own!!!

How I Make Good Passive Income Online

Are you tired of scams? Personally, I hate them with passion.

Fortunately, I found a genuine online platform that helped me to make a 4-figure income in less than a year.

Even better, I’m very much willing to help you do the same.

Most money-making products and websites on the net tend to promise you high income without hard work and in less time.

They later fail you by not meeting their promises, and some even cause you to lose money in the end.

Others like this YouGov Surveys give you a very low earning potential and can hardly make you any good money.

It isn’t easy to make good money or even full-time income online.

To be successful, it requires some good time of hard work and learning.

So, if you come across anyone trying to convince of huge cash overnight, watch them from far.

You have to avoid the get-rich-quick schemes if you want to make a good income online.

In the platform I joined less than a year ago, I was able to understand everything about how online business works, thanks to their A-Z training.

They also provided me with all the materials and tools that I needed to succeed in this business.

They also have a community of like-minded internet marketers (including me) who are always ready to help you with any questions you may have.

If you would be interested in joining this opportunity, I’ll be more than happy to coach and help you succeed in getting your anticipated income online.

All you need to do is enter the platform and send me a direct message once you are inside.
