Welcome to my Prosperity Income Network Review!
If you’ve been noticing, there are lots of hypes about this program lately all over the web. Many network marketers are pitching Prosperity Income Network all over the place, including social media.
With that said, I want you to know that I’m not a paid affiliate of Prosperity Income Network. Therefore, I’m not going to try to sell this opportunity to you, of course, unless it’s worth it.
All I want is to give you a detailed and unbiased third party Prosperity Income Network review to help you understand everything about it.
Prosperity Income Network Review Summary
Product Name: Prosperity Income Network
Price: $597 – $25,997
Prosperity Income Network is a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) business that’s very new in the industry. It has no retail products, and affiliates can only earn money via recruitment. This makes the program look like a pyramid scheme. The company’s website doesn’t disclose its owner(s)’s information or even info about when it was founded or where it’s based in. This is one of the several red flags of P.I.N that I’ll reveal in this review. Besides, the membership packages are overly expensive and may lead you to spend thousands of dollars. Although the commission rates seem good, I’m skeptical that it’s going to be easy to make money with Prosperity Income Network. Read my full review below to understand everything clearly!
Before we begin, I must congratulate you on doing your research about this program before joining it. This is a wise move that will save you from falling for scams online, especially if you do this before buying into any seemingly good product or business opportunity.
That’s the only way you’ll discover a legitimate way to make money online. So, is Prosperity Income Network a scam or a legit opportunity? Does it deliver on its promises? Is it safe to join?
Read my Prosperity Income Network review to the end and pay close attention to understand everything.
So, let’s dive in!
What Is Prosperity Income Network
Prosperity Income Network (P.I.N) is an MLM business opportunity that was recently established in September 2019. It claims to offer people an automated system that can supposedly help them to generate thousands of dollars without selling or talking to anyone.
Allegedly, you can earn a staggering 70% to 80% commissions on all sales that you make. The domain (prosperityincomenetwork.com) will lead you to their sales page, which looks like this:
As you can see, there’s no detailed info on what the site is really about or how it works.
If you click the “Get Access Now” button, a popup appears to ask for your name, email, phone number, and access code (if applicable). Once you fill in that info, you’ll be redirected to the website’s homepage.
I tried to navigate through the entire website, but I couldn’t find even the slightest background information, such as regarding the owner(s) of this company or where it’s located.
I searched the domain at WHOIS.com and found that it was registered on September 11, 2019. The company was likely launched around this time.
The domain was registered privately, so I couldn’t tell who owns it. However, it seems like the registrant was based in Scottsdale, Arizona, in the US, as per the WHOIS.com info.
The P.I.N website doesn’t provide any much info about anything, and this is somewhat common in the MLM industry. With that said, I think that Prosperity Income Network is just another MLM opportunity that’s using the anonymity route of operations.
So, what does the program really offer? Continue reading this Prosperity Income Network review to find out.
How Prosperity Income Network Works
Prosperity Income Network works by allowing people to join as affiliates and earn commissions for recruiting new affiliates to the system.
The company doesn’t have any retail products or services to sell, and therefore, affiliates can only earn money by promoting the affiliate membership itself.
According to the website, you’ll get digital marketing tools if you buy the affiliate membership, as well as access to their business opportunity.
So, is it really possible to make good money with P.I.N? Let’s look at their compensation plan to know how money is earned here.
The Prosperity Income Network’s Compensation Plan
To join Prosperity Income Network and enjoy its compensation plan, affiliates are required to invest between $597 and $25,997. I’ll explain this later in the “Pricing” section of my review, so keep reading!
As per the compensation plan, affiliates can earn various commissions upon sponsoring new affiliates, who also buy any of the membership packages.
⦁ Earn $350 if you sponsor a Starter tier affiliate
⦁ Earn $1,400 if you sponsor a Deluxe tier affiliate
⦁ Earn $2,450 if you sponsor a Premium tier affiliate
⦁ Earn $4,200 if you sponsor a Master tier affiliate
⦁ Earn $8,400 if you sponsor a Diamond Elite tier affiliate
⦁ Earn $20,000 if you sponsor an Executive Elite tier affiliate
It’s good to note that P.I.N’s affiliates are only allowed to earn commissions up to the affiliate tier that they are in. For instance, affiliates in the Premium tier can only earn up to $2,450, regardless of the tier the sponsored affiliates buy.
If a Premium tier affiliate recruits a higher tier affiliate such as the Diamond Elite tier, he/she only earns $2,450 rather than $8,400. So, what happens to the remaining $5,950?
The remaining amount is passed up to the upline affiliate above the sponsoring affiliate. This makes the comp plan of P.I.N a pass-up model.
In this case, the system will look for an upline affiliate such as a Master tier or higher to pay out the remaining $5,950. If a Master tier affiliate is found first, he/she will be paid $4,200.
Then, there’d still be a remainder of $1,750. This will now be passed up to the Diamond Elite or Executive Elite tier affiliate.
In case the system fails to find a Master tier affiliate, all the balance of $5,950 will be paid to whoever is found in the higher tiers of the upline team.
The tracking and payments of these commissions are done via a uni-level structure. This theoretically allows the higher tier affiliates of P.I.N to receive pass-up commissions from numerous affiliate levels below them.
That’s all about the compensation plan of P.I.N. So, how much does it cost to join this opportunity? Check the next section of my Prosperity Income Network review to find out.

GOOD VS BAD
⦁ You may get some digital marketing education.
⦁ The commissions seem mouthwatering.
⦁ No retail products.
⦁ Expensive membership costs.
⦁ No background information.
⦁ No information about the owner(s).
⦁ No evidence that people are making money with this program.
⦁ The opportunity is only available to the US and Canada residents.
⦁ Low success rate.
⦁ It’s not listed or accredited by the BBB
Before buying into any seemingly good business opportunity, it’s essential to know who owns or runs it. Knowing the background of the owner(s) helps you to determine whether your investments are safe.
In the case of Prosperity Income Network, their official website doesn’t provide any background information. You can’t tell who owns/runs the company, or even where it’s based in.
This is a huge red flag! Even according to WHOIS.com, the domain was registered “privately” from Scottsdale, Arizona, in the US. This means that there’s no way to tell who’s behind this company.
Now, why do you think the owner(s) are hiding? Most probably, they are hiding since they know they’re doing something shady!
I’ve seen this with many MLM’s online while reviewing them, and I can tell you that they don’t end well.
Here are a few examples:
⦁ VRB Corporation
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend any program that hides its owner(s)’s information, and I don’t recommend Prosperity Income Network for that reason.
Move on with the review to see if this program is really meant for you.
Who Is Prosperity Income Network Meant For (And Not For)
Prosperity Income Network is supposedly intended for people looking to make money via recruiting. These people can make money here by recruiting more and more new affiliates.
However, the opportunity may not suit you if you aren’t a fan of recruiting or don’t know how to do it perfectly. Although they claim that the system is automated, you need to have some good knowledge of network marketing for you to recruit many affiliates; who do the same.
Since there are no retail products, P.I.N may not be intended for you if you were looking for a company with real products to buy or promote.
Additionally, the program may not fit you if you’re scared by the many red flags that it has. Let’s look at some of these ugly truths now.
Ugly Truths Revealed!
1. Overly Expensive Membership Fees!
The affiliate memberships offered by Prosperity Income Network are excessively expensive. The cheapest is $597, and the priciest goes for $25,997.
Not many people can readily afford to spend thousands of dollars on a program that doesn’t offer any real products or services or even provide information on how it really operates. Now, tell me, are you ready to spend such an amount yourself?
The high costs of the affiliate memberships can make it very hard for you to convince people to join this program. This means that it’s going to be very hard for you to make any money with P.I.N.
2. Vague Information!
The Prosperity Income Network’s official website doesn’t provide any background information. So, there’s no way to tell who owns or runs the company, or even when the company was started.
Furthermore, there’s no income disclosure statement or testimonials, and therefore, you can’t tell if anyone has ever made any real money with this opportunity.
The entire website doesn’t give any detailed information on anything, and it all seems to be trying to sell you the business opportunity.
3. Many People Are Likely To Fail!
As in most MLM companies, the majority of people who join Prosperity Income Network are likely to fail or even lose their money. This is because it’s hard to recruit new affiliates, given that the membership costs are excessively expensive.
There are no tangible products to promote, and the only way to make money is through recruitment. As you probably know, recruiting is not easy, and you can hardly succeed with it if you don’t have good knowledge of the business.
MLM’s normally have very low success rates! Actually, some studies reveal that over 95% of MLM participants don’t make any good income, and most of them lose their money.
Success is only for less than 5%, who are at the top of the pyramid. Just look at the below MLM examples that I’ve also reviewed on this site:
With that said, I think P.I.N is just like these MLM companies, and it’s likely that most people will fail.
Do you think you can be a part of the 5% that manage to make some decent income? I beg you to think again!
Are You Tired Of Scams?
Is Prosperity Income Network A Pyramid Scheme?
According to Wikipedia , a pyramid/Ponzi scheme is a business model in which members earn money only by recruiting new members rather than selling the company’s products. Recruiting becomes impossible quickly as more members join, making it hard for them to make profits.
For that reason, Pyramid schemes are often unsustainable and illegal in most countries worldwide.
In my opinion, Prosperity Income Network seems to resemble this description for some reason. First, it has no retail products, and the only way to make money is by promoting the affiliate membership.
Then, the company uses the money paid by newly-recruited affiliates to pay the commissions. Therefore, it may not be a naked pyramid scheme, but it operates very much like one.
As with most MLM Ponzi schemes, P.I.N doesn’t seem to be sustainable, and it’s likely to collapse as soon as recruitment dies down. This is because if recruitment dies down, there will be no more new revenue generated in this company, so they can’t get funds to pay the affiliates.
Overall, I don’t recommend this opportunity to you, and before you make up your decision, consider reading my conclusion of this review below.
Prosperity Income Network Review Verdict: Is It A Scam?
After reading this thorough review of P.I.N, you may still be wondering; is Prosperity Income Network a scam or a legit business opportunity?
Well, I can’t say it’s an outright scam since it’s possible to make money with it. You can get some digital marketing training, and the potential commissions look mouthwatering.
Actually, they promise a 70-80% commission on all sales. According to the website, no selling is required on your part since everything is “automated.”
Given that there are no retail products for affiliates to promote, the only way to make money here is by promoting the affiliate membership. This makes Prosperity Income Network look like a pyramid scheme, especially when combined with the MLM’s pass-up compensation plan.
The company doesn’t provide any background information, and their entire website only tries to pitch the “passive automated system that works” to its visitors. This system works as long as affiliates keep recruiting new members, who pay and recruit more affiliates.
The admin of P.I.N makes pretty good money by receiving the admin fees, as well as 20-30 percent of the amount paid by new recruits.
As I mentioned earlier, pyramid schemes don’t last long. They collapse as soon as new recruits stop coming since it leads to a lack of funds to pay the affiliates.
Mobe and Digital Altitude are some good examples of pyramid schemes, which were closed down by the FTC for similar fraudulent activities. They charged high fees for valueless digital marketing products and used coaches to entice and highly-pressure people to join.
After reviewing it fully, I think Prosperity Income Network is just like these programs.
It’s likely to be followed by an eventual collapse, which would lead the majority of P.I.N’s affiliates to lose their cash. I guess that you won’t be one of these people who’ll lose their money, am I right?
Anyway, I honestly hope that my Prosperity Income Network review has helped you to understand everything about this program and finally make a rightful decision regarding it.
If you were looking for a real legit way to make money online, I have a top recommendation that I’ll explain to you in a sec.
How I Make Income Online
I use affiliate marketing to make a good income online. This business model is much better than MLM since it doesn’t require you to recruit anyone for you to make money.
Moreover, it doesn’t restrict you to promote products from any specific company.
Are you wondering how I managed to do this? Well, I followed the step-by-step training and used the tools offered by Wealthy Affiliate (WA).
This means that you can do it too if you simply join WA and follow the training. In case you have any questions, the huge active WA community (in which I’m a member) will be there to help you.
Do you think it costs a fortune to join? You’re wrong! WA doesn’t charge any fees to get started, and it costs less than a dollar daily to go premium.
If you need my help, know that I’m very much ready and willing to assist you personally with anything you might need or even coach you (if you like).
Just send me a direct message through the WA platform once you join. Anyway, I hope you’ve enjoyed reading my Prosperity Income Network review.
